Glanmore Property Fund

The Glanmore Property Fund

The Glanmore Property Fund is a specialist property fund established to provide both onshore (UK), offshore investors and pension funds (SIPP's) with the opportunity to participate in the higher yielding sector of the UK commercial property market through a professionally managed specialist fund.

The fund invests in commercial properties throughout the UK. It does not hold property shares and therefore should be less volatile than many of the other property funds that do.

The Glanmore Fund was formed as an offshore company so that, under current UK tax law, income from dividends is paid gross and any capital disposal is free from Capital Gains Tax. Dividends, which have never been below 5% per annum are distributed gross, twice yearly on 31st March and 30th September each year making it an ideal investment for taking income. Investors may choose either to take the dividend in cash or reinvest it back in to the Fund.

The property advisors to the Fund are Cardales based in the City of London and the Fund purchases commercial properties in Greater London and major cities and towns throughout the UK. No single lot will exceed 15% of the Fund and no single tenant (except HM Government) is responsible for more than 15% of the Fund's total rental income. Tenants now include HSBC Bank, Lloyds TSB Bank and Barclays Bank, well known high street names like Boots, Next and Body Shop and major insurance companies such as Allied Dunbar, Pearl and CGU

Now available not only in the original format as a distribution fund but also as an accumulation fund.
